All sales are final. Each Little Chicken Farms item is made and printed to order with care, so we’re unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once your order has been placed.
That said, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase! If your tote (or any item) arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery at info@littlechickenfarms.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We’ll review it and provide a replacement or store credit if applicable.
